The monthly fee varies from between each condo complex. Currently in Bailey's Grove the monthly condominium fees vary from $115/month to $180/month.

What is included in the Condominium Fee?
This again varies between condominium complexes. All of the Condos located within Bailey's Grove include Trash Pickup, Lawn/Yard Care, and Snow Removal. Bailey's Grove North and South Condo Fees also include Insurance and Water and Sewer.

Who Manages the Condos?
Each Complex has it's own Board, who are residents elected by residents of the indiviual condo complexes. Each Complex also hires a Property Management Company who runs the day to day operations of the condo complex, such as Collecting Monthly Dues, managing Lawn Care and Snow Removal Contractors, etc.
